Even as a child, Danielle witnessed the prominent stigmas that went along with blue-collar work; That blue-collar workers were less intelligent, unsanitary, and generally less valuable than white-collar workers. Ever since, it has become her mission to elevate and normalize the perception of the trades. It is why she got into the trades in the first place, and why she continues to invest in her local and national construction communities.
