Whitney McCrea is an experienced attorney with over 10 years of practice, dedicated to advocating for underserved communities and ensuring equitable access to justice. She earned her BA in Political Science from South Carolina State University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Carolina, and her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law. Whitney is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina, and she also holds a North Carolina Real Estate License.
Whitney’s passion for law stems from a lifelong commitment to advocacy. Having always been driven to use her voice in support of others, she is deeply motivated by the impact of the legal system, particularly on marginalized communities. Inspired by Charles Hamilton Houston’s belief that attorneys are “social engineers,” Whitney strives to use her legal skills to promote justice and foster positive change for all people.
Outside of her legal practice, Whitney enjoys helping clients navigate the home-buying process, traveling, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
