Makhno Dunn joined The Cromeens Law Firm in 2025 as a Law Clerk. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, he earned his undergraduate degree in Multi-Platform Production, where he developed strong research and writing skills. Makhno earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Law Clerk, he supports attorneys through legal research, contract drafting and review, and the development of client-focused legal strategies, particularly in matters involving business operations and compliance. He also assists in preparing demand letters and drafting agreements tailored to client needs. Makhno enjoys the research aspect of his work and approaches legal issues with a problem-solving mindset, drawing on his background in legal research and writing to deliver clear, practical insights for clients. He brings a strong foundation in legal research, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented approach. Makhno is particularly interested in the intersection of law, business, and emerging technologies. Outside of the office, Makhno enjoys photography, video production, baking, and creative writing.
