Originally from Houston and raised in Fort Bend, Chip’s passion for the law stems from his deep commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. He earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University, graduating cum laude and serving on the Law Review. Early in his career, Chip represented Property Owners Associations, and he holds a Texas Real Estate License, which complements his legal practice and further strengthens his ability to assist clients in real estate matters.
When he’s not practicing law, Chip enjoys spending time with his wife, Lydia, and their family. Together, they share a love of cooking, relaxing, and appreciating life’s simple pleasures. Chip is also an avid student of World War II history, a lifelong interest that he pursues through books and films. In his downtime, he enjoys outdoor activities and cherishes time with his two dogs—Sophi, a beagle, and Stella, a corgi—as well as his 16-year-old daughter, Abby, who keeps him on his toes.
