Meet Kiara, the HR Manager at The Cromeens Law Firm. She brings a wealth of experience and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. Joining TCLF just over a year ago, Kiara has quickly become an integral part of the team.
Originally from Lake Providence, Louisiana, Kiara earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Grambling State University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree to enrich her knowledge further. With over a decade in her field, Kiara has honed her skills and expertise. Her dedication to her profession is evident in the care and attention she brings to her role.
Outside the office, Kiara finds inspiration and motivation as a mother to four children—Kentavious, Kvion, Kameron, and Kaylee—and her equally cherished three-year-old Pitbull, Gibby. Family is at the core of her life, and she actively supports her children’s athletic pursuits in football, basketball, and track. In her rare moments of downtime, Kiara indulges in her lifelong passion for hairstyling.
