TCLF Attorney Protects a Client From Swindling Home Healthcare Agency

Ebony Young scores a big win against a Home Healthcare Agency refusing to pay hard-working therapists.

A local home health care agency attempted to swindle a therapeutics company out of payment for services it had provided to its patients. TCLF represented the therapy company that provided occupational, physical, and speech therapy to patients of the home health care provider for months. The home health agency falsely claimed that no services had been provided and refused to pay. Ebony Young Fair, an associate attorney at the Cromeens Law Firm successfully argued a Motion for Summary Judgment against the company for breach of contract and breach of the promissory note. The Court granted the motion awarding TCLF’s client the thousands owed for its services in addition to attorney fees.
