Transparent Pricing
The World Justice Project found that 77% of people in the US didn’t get help for their legal issues in 2018 because of an uncertainty in cost and a fear that the legal costs would be excessive. To help break down that barrier, we offer multiple predictable payment options, including flat-rate pricing for some of our most common services.
As a contractor, your bid would never be accepted if you did not quote out your prices.
Here at The Cromeens Law Firm we think attorneys should operate the same way as you do.
Liens and Collections:
- All-Inclusive Construction/Mechanic’s Lien Package (Texas only) $1,300 – This Agreement includes collection phone calls, research, lien notices, and filing.
- Bond Claims $1,500 – This Agreement includes collection phone calls, research, bond notices, and claim filing.
- Post-Judgment Collections $5,000 – This Agreement includes a consultation, phone calls, research, negotiations, and the drafting of documents needed to collect on one (1) judgment.
Construction Contracts:
- Contract Review (up to 15 pages) $720 – This Agreement includes one half-hour client meeting. This agreement excludes edits and negotiating after the initial contract review.
- Contract Review (up to 30 pages) $1,210 – This Agreement includes one half-hour client meeting. This agreement excludes edits and negotiating after the initial contract review.
- Contract Improvement $1,725 – This Agreement includes one half-hour client meeting, and edits & analysis of a current contract (up to 30 pages) with suggested revisions and state rules, as applicable. This Agreement also includes one additional half-hour post-consultation to review the newly revised contract. If it is determined during the initial client meeting that the contract needs to be rewritten/replaced completely, then the $1,725 fee can be applied towards an appropriate “Contract Creation” package.
- Master Subcontract Contract $2,875 – This Agreement includes a consultation and the drafting of a long form Master Subcontract with sub-parts.
- Residential Remodel/Repair Contract $2,020 – This Agreement includes a consultation and the drafting of a contract that is specifically for pre-existing residential properties.
- Residential New Build Contract $3,450 – This Agreement includes a consultation and the drafting of a contract that is specifically for new residential properties.
- Prime Contract $3,450 – This Agreement includes a consultation and the drafting of a prime contract.
Business Law:
- Business Formation $1,725 – This Agreement includes a consultation, legal advice, and drafting and filing of documents necessary for the formation of one (1) business.
- HUB Certification $3,450 – This Agreement includes a consultation, legal advice, application review, drafting and filing of documents necessary to file for HUB certification for one (1) entity. *Formation of entity, if necessary, will require a separate fee agreement.
- Employee Handbook $3,600 – This Agreement includes a consultation and the drafting of all documents relevant to your company’s employment policies and procedures. This agreement includes a one-hour consultation and minor revisions within 30 days of receipt of completed handbook. Hourly rate applies after the 30 days.
Residential Construction & Real Estate:
- Residential Title Commitment Review $863 – This Agreement includes a half hour review of the title commitment and all title exceptions.
- Residential Limited Warranty $1,725– This Agreement includes a half hour consultation and the creation of a Residential Limited Warranty
