About

Construction First, Lawyers Second

One of the biggest differentiators between The Cromeens Law Firm (TCLF) and our competitors is that our founder and many of our staff and leadership team come from the construction industry before they were ever involved in the legal sector.

My Mom’s side of the family ran an excavation company. They cleared and shaped the land to create beautiful golf courses and prepared the earth below their feet for other great improvements. Their work was visible and made the world a better and more beautiful place. After a hard day’s work, the land looked different from when they started.

The Get Shit Done crew is home to me. It is what is familiar. I married a man that sold construction materials, and when he had the idea to start his own company, I was right by his side. We worked harder than we have ever worked, starting at the office at 4am and working until after 6pm day in and out.

Our Story

Who is the Get Shit Done crew? We are the people who build things; We make the world a better place with our work and effort. Growing up, my dad’s side of the family were farmers. Their effort was put into growing goods from the land and raising animals. That work fed their family, as well as so many other families, and their dedication and effort made a difference in the world.

The Cromeens Law Firm would simply not exist today without Karalynn Cromeens.

This fervor did not begin with the Law Firm, however. It’s been with her from the beginning, instilled in her by an incredibly hard-working, close-knit family. To understand Karalynn’s foundation, as well as the basis of the firm, we first must understand where she came from- a community she refers to as the “Get Shit Done Crew”. This community made Karalynn who she is today, and now is who she works to protect. She deeply values the GSD tribe, is inspired by their drive and would love to invite you to join it below.
