Bio

Lindsey, an Associate Attorney at The Cromeens Law Firm, has been practicing law since 2014, specializing in various areas, including but not limited to personal injury cases (auto accident, medical malpractice, premise liability, and wrongful death actions) as well as 1983 Civil Rights Violation Acts, EEOC Employment Discrimination, and negligence. In 2020, after marrying her best friend, she relocated to Logrono, Spain, and lived there for two years while continuing to practice law as an independent contract attorney. In 2022, after relocating back to Houston, Lindsey expanded her horizons by gaining defense civil litigation experience and maritime expertise. Her career has covered both plaintiff and defense work, showcasing her versatility and commitment to delivering justice. She’s tried cases as first chair in state and federal courts and currently handles both plaintiff and defense work in construction civil litigation. She’s been a valuable addition to TCLF since early 2023. Her educational journey took her from New Orleans to Houston, where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Economics with a minor in International Business from the University of Houston. Fun fact: she also ran track and cross country for the University of Houston. While at the University of Houston, she also attended a study abroad at the University of Granada in Spain. After graduating, she attended Georgetown University in Washington, DC, attending the Charles Hamilton Houston program, and shortly after, she obtained her Juris Doctorate at Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law. While in law school, she attended another study abroad program in Puerto Rico, where she obtained several credits in immigration law. Outside of her professional life, Lindsey is a mother to a two-year-old son, and family time is her top priority. She enjoys travelling and sharing new experiences with her loved ones.
