As a child, Katherine has always been eager to practice law and grew up to do just that. Once a laser-focused student driven by the ability to be able to help others and now reaping the benefits of her hard work, Katherine hit the ground running in the legal world and looks forward to continued growth in business and construction law where many of her loved ones have voiced their own troubles. This was a motivating factor in getting into the construction world and has since turned into more of a passion.

Katherine Hernandez is an Associate Attorney with The Cromeens Law Firm, PLLC. Katherine was born and raised in Houston and is a daughter of two immigrants determined to provide a better life. Successfully done as Katherine was the first of her family to attend college.

Katherine earned her B.A. in Political Science from Southwestern University in 2016, and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2021. She is currently licensed to practice law in Texas. Before joining The Cromeens Law Firm, Katherine did some pro bono immigration work for aslyum, T-via, and U-via applicants. Additionally, she clerked for a top-tier immigration law firm, Quan Law Group and interned for the YMCA International Services.

While Katherine still regularly helps with some immigration matters, her focus here at The Cromeens Law Firm is in business and construction law. Aside from work, Katherine enjoys cooking for her family and doing anything that consists of quality time with loved ones. She loves to draw and play video games and has two fur babies who keep her company after a hectic workday.
